Eligibility Criteria
Items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused, unworn, unwashed
- With all tags and packaging attached
Non-compliant items cannot be accepted.

Refund Processing
Refunds issued in original purchase currency:
- Credit/Debit Card: 10 business days after verification
- Bank Transfer: 7 days after verification (please provide full bank details)
Exchange rate differences are not compensated.
