Saint Laurent Babylone Breteuil Slingback Pumps, Black

The Babylone Breteuil slingback by Saint Laurent

Saint Laurent sharpens a classic here rather than reinventing it. Smooth black calfskin is drawn to a tapered toe, the slingback is held by an elasticated strap that sits close to the ankle, and the heel is cut with a geometry that turns the whole shoe into something more architectural than pretty.
